PHYSICAL OPERATIONS, DIGITALLY ALIVE
SLIM real-time inventory monitoring
Explore how DFXBOT turns physical inventory and material movement into live digital intelligence—across manufacturing plants, warehouses and every department that depends on accurate stock.
PATENTED SLIM TECHNOLOGY
Physical stock.
A live operational view.
SLIM brings the storage point, sensing, gateway and application into one inventory workflow.

Bin & crate arrangements
Bring quantity visibility to discrete material storage.

Platform arrangements
Match the sensing point to the working container.

Dock arrangements
Work with the agreed existing pallet or handling unit.

Pallet arrangements
Connect the load to the inventory or dispatch workflow.

APPLICATION CAPABILITIES
Designed for your
operating workflow.
- Live stock balances and transaction history
- Low, critical and reorder information
- Location and SKU assignment
- ERP/WMS and application integration
- Multilingual interfaces; on-premise or cloud deployment
- Phased configuration across operating locations

THE APPLICATION DEFINES THE SETUP
Start with the material.
Define the measurement.
Container size, maximum load, unit weight, tare, operating environment and required quantity resolution guide the device configuration. Validate the agreed method with representative material.

See current stock by item and location
SLIM measures physical stock in selected bins, crates or pallet locations. See quantity changes and identify locations that need attention.

Verify received material and quantity
Compare the arriving material and measured quantity with the expected receipt. Record the check before stock is accepted.

Request replenishment when stock runs low
Use point-of-use stock levels and agreed thresholds to alert the supply team when a location needs refilling.
How real-time physical inventory monitoring fits your operation
Measure changing stock, not just the last recorded transaction
A barcode identifies an item or container. An ERP or WMS records the transactions supplied to it. SLIM adds a measurement of the physical stock at a monitored location, helping teams notice partial consumption and replenishment between manual transactions. The item-to-location mapping and the application determine how readings become useful stock information.
Where weight-based inventory monitoring is suitable
For suitable parts, measured net material weight and a validated unit weight can support a quantity estimate. A pilot must check unit-weight variation, container tare, loading conditions, vibration and the smallest quantity change that matters to the process. Bins, crates and pallet locations need a mechanically suitable installation. Mixed materials or variable unit weights require a different validation approach; no universal accuracy is assumed.
Connect visibility to a working response
Define which stock changes should create an alert, a replenishment request or an agreed ERP/WMS record. Real-time inventory visibility supports inventory management; it does not replace purchasing rules, batch identity or the business system responsible for authorization. Start with representative materials and an agreed acceptance test.
