Guide operators to the right pick or put-away location
Pick To Light shows the assigned location and quantity. Operators confirm the action through the configured workflow.

Every step connected. Every kit accounted for.
Bring part guidance, workflow progress and completion rules into the assembly experience.
Choosing an IoT-connected pick-to-light system
What the light guides and what the system confirms
A pick-to-light system identifies the assigned storage location and displays the configured instruction or quantity. The operator performs the action and acknowledges the step. Put-to-light applies the same visual principle to placing or sorting material. Acknowledgement records an interaction; independent item or quantity verification depends on the sensors, scanning and workflow agreed for the installation.
IoT connectivity is part of the workflow
In a connected installation, the application supplies task context and exchanges agreed records with your ERP or WMS. The DFXBOT catalogue lists REST API and Modbus RTU interfaces, RJ45 daisy-chain connections and an optional USB barcode-reader connection. IoT-connected does not mean every device is wireless. Confirm the selected variant, wiring, power, network and integration responsibilities before specifying a system.
Evaluate the actual picking process
Compare a representative task before and after guidance: locating the item, understanding the quantity, completing the action and correcting an error. Consider look-alike parts, operators sharing an aisle, replenishment during picking and network interruption procedures. Measure the change instead of assuming a guaranteed productivity percentage.
