APPLICATION QUESTIONS

Clear answers.
A practical way forward.

Workflow illustration · sensing, guidance & context
What can SLIM measure?

The configured sensing point captures physical load. Quantity estimation depends on the material unit weight, variation, tare and required resolution, which are assessed together.

How does Pick To Light confirm work?

The device guides the assigned location and instruction. The acknowledgement records the agreed action. Additional scans or physical checks can verify other workflow requirements.

How do FIFO and FEFO differ?

FIFO follows the intended receipt sequence. FEFO prioritizes the eligible batch with the earliest expiry. Both need the relevant identity, date and location inputs in the configured workflow.

Can quality-held stock remain physically visible?

Yes. Physical quantity and business eligibility are different views. The application combines the physical signal with configured reserved, blocked or quality status.

What is needed for ERP or WMS integration?

Agree item/location mapping, workflow lists, relevant interfaces, transaction events and read/write responsibilities with the IT and operations teams.

Can we use more than one language?

Multilingual application interfaces are available. Confirm the supported languages and operating terminology for your team during setup.

Can the application run on our server?

On-premise and cloud deployment options are available. Agree infrastructure, authorized access and network arrangements for your operation.

How do we expand?

Validate a representative workflow, then extend through the agreed device, location and application architecture.

Can existing bins and pallets be retained?

Existing containers and handling units can be considered for retrofit. Geometry, load, tare and handling clearance determine the appropriate setup.
